Data and AI Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for a client‑facing Data and AI Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of advanced data lake, migration, and semantic data layer projects, as well as generative AI solutions for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end architecture and delivery of data and AI solutions using Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks and GenAI platforms.
• Design scalable, secure data lakes and distributed analytics platforms.
• Integrate advanced AI tools (Copilot, Claude, other GenAI) into business workflows for automation and insight.
• Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, data scientists, engineers and client stakeholders to define requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, mentorship and architectural guidance across multiple project streams.
• Drive data governance, strategy and process improvements to ensure accuracy, consistency, security and compliance.
• Document architectural decisions, workflows and implementation guidelines.
• Advise clients on platform decentralisation, operating models and enterprise data product protocols.
• Support presales activities, including proposals, SOWs, RFP responses and technical assessments.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional experience in data and AI architecture, design and implementation.
• Deep expertise in Azure, Microsoft Fabric and Databricks, with a strong background in data lakes and distributed applications.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Knowledge of GenAI, Copilot, Claude and AI agent frameworks.
• Experience with data governance, analytics, CRM and ERP systems, preferably in the manufacturing domain.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and provide strategic advisory.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Understanding of data privacy, security and compliance in cloud environments.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
