Contract Manager - Logistics Department

About the role

The Contract Manager in the Logistics Department will oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, from preparation and negotiation to monitoring and administration. The role aims to minimise contract‑related risks, protect the company’s interests and ensure effective execution of contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, draft and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Support and lead negotiations with internal and external parties.
• Monitor contract performance and enforce contractual terms.
• Identify, assess and mitigate contract‑related risks.
• Organise and manage the procurement process.
• Handle accounting, documentation and record‑keeping for contracts.

Required profile

• Higher education in Law or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
• High‑level proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies.
• Result‑oriented mindset with strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to plan work, set priorities and manage time effectively.
