Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative and organized Content Creator to join our Montessori School in Tbilisi. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will craft engaging stories that showcase our child‑centered learning environment across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write and edit content for social media, website, newsletters and promotional materials.
• Capture photos and short videos of school activities and edit them for publication.
• Maintain a content calendar, monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with school leadership, teachers and families to gather authentic stories and ensure consistent messaging.
• Adapt content for both Georgian and international audiences when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, Journalism or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Comfort working on‑site in a school setting and collaborating with educators, staff and families.
• Interest in Montessori or child‑centered education is a plus.

Required skills

• Content writing and editing for digital and print platforms.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Photography and simple video creation.
• Proficiency in Georgian and good command of English.
