Communications & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Communications & Marketing Coordinator to support the development of corporate communications, marketing materials, proposals, and professional documentation. The role combines strong writing abilities with a good eye for design, ensuring all client‑facing content is professional, consistent, and aligned with our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and format proposals, tenders, reports, studies, and other client‑facing documents using content from technical and commercial teams.
• Design and visually enhance company documents for a consistent, professional presentation.
• Maintain and update company profiles, capability statements, brochures, project references, and other corporate assets.
• Create content and visual materials for LinkedIn, social media, the company website, announcements, projects, and campaigns.
• Write, edit, and proofread communications and marketing materials.
• Ensure branding consistency across all materials and keep templates, references, photographs, and assets organized.
• Assist with general marketing, communications, and business‑development activities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, document design, graphic design, proposals, or a related role.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, especially professional document formatting and layout.
• Strong visual judgment and attention to presentation quality.
• Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, professionally presented materials.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
