Chief Marketing Officer

About the role

Fitnet is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead marketing for its portfolio of fitness, wellness and sports‑nutrition brands in Georgia. Based in Tbilisi, you will own the full marketing function, driving strategy, growth and performance across both client businesses and in‑house brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing strategy and brand identity for every portfolio brand.
• Build and manage the annual marketing calendar, including launches, campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
• Own the full funnel – awareness, acquisition and retention – through paid social, search, e‑commerce and loyalty programmes.
• Set KPIs, report on performance and adjust tactics based on data.
• Lead, mentor and expand a team of marketing managers, brand managers and content creators.
• Establish an internal agency‑like structure with clear briefs, ownership and rapid turnaround.
• Manage external partners and decide what to produce in‑house versus outsource.
• Act as the senior marketing voice for client engagements and drive cross‑brand synergies.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years leading a team.
• Proven track record of owning an end‑to‑end marketing function and delivering measurable growth.
• Strong background in performance marketing, e‑commerce and consumer‑brand environments.
• Fluent in Georgian and English, data‑driven and comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously.
