Business Services Coordinator – Finance (Tbilisi)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Services Coordinator to support our Commercial, Cargo and Ground Services teams in Tbilisi. The role works closely with the Business Services Specialist, Head Office Finance and Procurement functions, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial and administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Follow local payroll practices, processes and labor‑law changes in cooperation with an outsourced consultant.
• Verify commercial support invoices against contracts and purchase orders.
• Manage petty‑cash claims, staff claims and accounting using the Oracle financial system.
• Coordinate information flow with Head Office accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax and treasury units.
• Support station procurement: identify local service providers, obtain quotes, evaluate costs, process purchase orders and contracts.
• Maintain station databases, including contracts, payment records and insurance documentation.
• Generate and analyse financial reports; handle cash sales verification, daily reconciliations and bank statement matching.
• Ensure accurate GL codes, taxes and POS data for user departments and monitor cost variances against budget.
• Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the station.

Required profile

• Ability to understand and apply local payroll practices and labor‑law requirements.
• Experience verifying invoices and managing petty‑cash processes.
• Familiarity with procurement procedures and contract administration.
• Strong record‑keeping skills for contracts, payments and insurance.
• Competence in financial reporting and cash handling reconciliation.
• Attention to detail when supporting finance, tax and treasury functions.
