Business Development Manager – Enterprise IT (Georgia)

About the role

ABRIS GE is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand its Enterprise IT portfolio in Georgia. You will work closely with system integrators, resellers and corporate customers to generate new opportunities across infrastructure, data centre, cloud and cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a network of partners and customers in the Georgian market.
• Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Enterprise IT segment.
• Promote solutions such as networking, data centre, cloud, hybrid cloud and cybersecurity.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiation, forecasting and pipeline reporting.
• Coordinate with presales, marketing, operations and other internal teams on ongoing projects.
• Monitor market trends, customer demand and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of B2B IT sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record with enterprise‑level technology projects.
• Fluent in Georgian and proficient in English and Russian.
• Strong understanding of project‑based sales and the full sales cycle.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
