Business Development & Account Coordinator

About the role

POSTRED is seeking a proactive and highly organized Business Development & Account Coordinator to support the Head of Advertising. The role bridges business development, client relationship management, and commercial project coordination within the global advertising and post‑production ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients across advertising agencies, brands, production companies and related professionals.
• Maintain and continuously improve POSTRED’s CRM in Monday.com, ensuring accurate client data, communication history and outreach tracking.
• Prepare outreach emails, presentations and other business‑development materials under the guidance of the Head of Advertising.
• Monitor industry news, campaign launches and market trends to provide briefing materials for meetings and events.
• Assist in coordinating commercial projects from client confirmation through final delivery, including contract preparation, budget and timeline management, and regular client communication.

Required profile

• Strong curiosity and initiative with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience or strong interest in advertising, media or post‑production environments.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Monday.com CRM platform.
