About the role

The Brand Manager will work within the Marketing Department of Bank of Georgia, focusing on the Physical Persons Marketing team. The role combines deep analysis of customer behavior with the creation of effective marketing strategies and data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research on customer behavior and extract actionable insights.
• Plan, launch and continuously optimise marketing campaigns based on analytical data.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget.
• Explore innovative approaches, including the use of AI in daily processes.
• Create product and direction strategies aligned with business goals and ensure correct market positioning.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels (digital, print, physical).
• Collaborate with functional teams, stakeholders and IT to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor product performance, analyse data, market research and customer feedback to drive growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital products or marketing (e.g., Marketing Manager, Account Manager, Brand Manager, Product Manager, Product Marketer).
• Proven experience in planning and managing data‑driven campaigns.
• Practical experience using customer behavior analysis and research.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
• Ability to identify user needs based on research and data.
• Knowledge of growth‑marketing principles (preferred).
• Interest in AI and its application to improve work processes.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on results.
