About the role

Join an international team as a B2C E‑commerce Sales Manager for an official Apple Premium Partner. You will drive the performance of a leading online sales platform, act as the primary digital contact for customers, and help shape the future of digital retail in Georgia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the e‑commerce platform to exceed profitability targets.
• Provide first‑line support through chat, social media, and hotline, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Manage and optimise online promotional campaigns and analyse shopping trends to guide assortment selection.
• Increase customer acquisition and profitability across digital sales channels.
• Collaborate with demand planning to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Prior experience in e‑commerce or digital sales.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce frameworks and infrastructure.
• Self‑starter able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail, strategic thinking and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Fluent Georgian and at least B2 level English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
