B2C E-commerce Sales Manager

About the role

ASBC Georgia, an Apple Premium Partner, is seeking a dynamic B2C E‑commerce Sales Manager to lead the performance of its online sales platform. You will act as the primary digital contact for customers, drive growth, and ensure a seamless shopping experience across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the e‑commerce platform to exceed profitability targets.
• Provide first‑line support via chat, social media, and hotline, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Manage and optimise online promotional campaigns and analyse shopping trends to inform assortment decisions.
• Increase customer acquisition and profitability through digital sales channels.
• Collaborate with demand planning to guarantee efficient order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Prior experience in e‑commerce or digital sales.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce frameworks and infrastructure.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail, strategic thinking and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Fluent Georgian and at least B2 level English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
