B2C E-commerce Sales Manager

About the role

Join an international team representing an official Apple Premium Partner and lead the performance of a leading B2C e‑commerce platform. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing the online customer experience, and shaping the digital strategy to exceed profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the e‑commerce platform to achieve and surpass profit goals.
• Act as the primary digital contact point, handling incoming chats on social media and hotline calls.
• Deliver timely resolutions to inquiries, ensuring high customer satisfaction and strong relationships.
• Plan, manage, and optimize online promotional campaigns.
• Analyze shopping trends and behaviours to guide assortment selection and identify market gaps.
• Increase customer acquisition and improve profitability across online sales channels.
• Collaborate with the demand‑planning team to guarantee smooth order fulfillment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an e‑commerce or digital sales role.
• Solid understanding of e‑commerce frameworks and infrastructure.
• Self‑starter able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent Georgian and at least B2 level English.
