B2B Pricing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a B2B Pricing Specialist to drive data‑based pricing decisions across our commercial operations. This remote position will analyze and optimize pricing strategies, monitor market dynamics, and translate pricing insights into sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales dynamics across multiple segments (brand, country, supplier, partners, business lines).
• Analyze core metrics together to build a comprehensive performance picture.
• Work confidently with large datasets, identify key events and root causes behind metric changes.
• Develop and implement solutions that generate positive trend‑level changes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, provide well‑reasoned justifications, build action plans, and track results.
• Present findings clearly using charts and numbers, and defend company interests under pressure.
• Communicate daily with the commercial team, aggregate feedback, and ensure data quality.
• Process internal requests on price discrepancies, verify data accuracy, make pricing decisions, and issue discounts.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in analytics, pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to identify root causes.
• Experience handling large data sets and systematic, structured thinking.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (cubes, pivot tables, complex formulas, charts).
• Basic SQL (read/modify existing queries, write simple queries).
• Familiarity with BI tools (preferred).
