B2B Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a driven B2B Key Account Manager to build and grow strategic relationships with corporate clients in Georgia, promoting Apple technology and a broad portfolio of enterprise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with corporate (B2B) clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase Apple and partner technology solutions.
• Generate new business through cold and warm outreach, networking, referrals and prospecting.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored technology solutions that deliver business value.
• Develop and execute Key Account Plans to ensure satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Analyze market trends and customer requirements to recommend consultative solutions.
• Collaborate with technical, retail and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of opportunities, pipeline and performance metrics.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or business development, preferably in technology.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Passion for technology and solution‑based selling.
