B2B Key Account Manager

About the role

ASBC Georgia is seeking a driven B2B Key Account Manager to build and expand relationships with corporate clients across a portfolio of leading technology brands. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering tailored solutions and ensuring long‑term partnership success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with corporate (B2B) clients, securing long‑term partnerships.
• Organise and lead client meetings, presenting a multi‑brand technology portfolio.
• Generate new business through cold and warm outreach across multiple platforms.
• Sell and customise solutions from brands such as Apple, Dell, Lenovo, HP, Microsoft and others.
• Develop and execute Key Account Plans to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Analyse client needs and market trends to propose strategic, consultative solutions.
• Collaborate with internal technical, retail and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, pipeline and performance metrics.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closing.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of B2B or corporate sales experience, preferably in technology or retail.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable with cold and warm calling and client acquisition.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Native Georgian language and at least B2 level English.
