B2B Business Development Manager – Crypto Exchange

About the role

We are a licensed crypto exchange based in Tbilisi, Georgia, expanding our fintech services. We are looking for a B2B Business Development Manager to build partnerships and acquire corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and segment target corporate clients.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategies for each segment, defining priorities, channels and pitch.
• Conduct direct outreach to decision‑makers and lead initial negotiations.
• Represent the company at business events, conferences and industry meetings in Georgia.
• Maintain CRM data: pipeline, status updates and communication history.
• Perform monthly analysis and reporting to refine the acquisition strategy.

Required profile

• Residency in Georgia with fluent Georgian language.
• Russian language fluency is a plus; English at intermediate level or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify high‑value opportunities.
• Experience in fintech, crypto or payment services is desirable.
• Existing network in automotive, real‑estate or gambling sectors is an advantage.
• Understanding of the crypto market landscape in Georgia.
