Analyst – Infrastructure Finance

About the role

The Analyst will join the Infrastructure Eurasia Team in Tbilisi, supporting the full project cycle for infrastructure finance across the Caucasus. Working under the guidance of senior bankers, the role involves research, data gathering, credit analysis and financial modelling for debt and equity transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project origination, structuring, execution, implementation and monitoring.
• Conduct comprehensive due‑diligence, including financial, market and integrity assessments.
• Prepare and update financial models and projections to evaluate project risks.
• Support the design and processing of technical co‑operation assistance, including drafting terms of reference.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with EBRD policies and internal approval procedures.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, economics, engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in infrastructure projects and familiarity with the banking sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
