AI Product & Automation Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an AI Product & Automation Consultant to partner with finance, marketing, customer service and operations teams. You will translate high‑impact business challenges into AI‑driven products that improve efficiency, cut costs and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across multiple business functions.
• Design end‑to‑end AI agents and workflows, including architecture, prompts, integrations and monitoring.
• Prototype and build solutions using modern agent frameworks and collaborate with engineering.
• Develop intelligent systems for automation, analytics, forecasting, anomaly detection and decision support.
• Measure performance, optimize outcomes and ensure measurable business value.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering user‑centric products and measurable outcomes.
• Strong technical understanding of software development, APIs and AI tools.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/LLM solutions, agents, prompt engineering and Claude ecosystem.
• Ability to translate business needs into product initiatives and work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset, comfortable in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency.
