About the role

Join the AI & Innovation team at Flutter Central & Eastern Europe to design, build, and scale advanced AI‑driven applications and services. You will work across front‑end and back‑end layers, integrating generative AI, voice AI, agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and LLMOps to deliver tangible business value for a leading iGaming group.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI‑driven applications, including both front‑end and back‑end components.
• Integrate cutting‑edge frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Agent SDKs for generative and multimodal AI use cases.
• Implement voice‑enabled features using speech‑to‑text, text‑to‑speech, and real‑time synthesis.
• Build and deploy agentic AI systems with tool‑using, multi‑step reasoning and enable agent‑to‑agent interactions.
• Construct retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and manage model fine‑tuning workflows.
• Establish robust LLMOps practices covering versioning, prompt management, automated evaluation, monitoring, and CI/CD.
• Develop secure, scalable RESTful APIs and data pipelines using relational and NoSQL databases.
• Write unit and integration tests, monitor production performance, and optimise for latency, uptime, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers across multiple regions and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, or applied AI.
• Proven experience with large language models (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, open‑source) and vector databases.
• Demonstrated ability to build RAG systems, fine‑tune foundation models, and design agentic AI architectures.
