AI Developer Enablement Lead

About the role

We are looking for an AI Developer Enablement Lead to accelerate AI adoption across our engineering teams. You will coach engineers, run workshops, and host office hours to build AI fluency and create internal champions who sustain L3 adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 AI coaching sessions with engineering champions.
• Facilitate team workshops on the Agentic AI Delivery Framework, prompt engineering, and workflow adoption.
• Host recurring office hours for developers to troubleshoot and deepen AI tool fluency.
• Deliver masterclass content on prompt engineering, AI‑augmented SDLC, and custom AI agents.
• Identify and nurture internal AI champions and track adoption metrics.
• Collaborate with AI Coach Product/UX on cross‑role enablement initiatives.
• Create and maintain a library of workflow examples, guides, and best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with recent hands‑on use of AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium).
• Proven coaching, mentoring, or training facilitation experience.
• Strong understanding of software development workflows (code review, CI/CD, testing, sprint rituals).
• Ability to explain complex AI/LLM concepts to engineers of varying experience levels.
• Experience writing clear technical documentation and workflow guides.
• Self‑directed, comfortable in ambiguous, rapidly evolving consulting environments.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium or equivalents).
• Prompt engineering and agentic workflow adoption.
• Agentic AI Delivery Framework, LangChain, CrewAI (nice to have).
• CI/CD pipelines, code review, automated testing.
