About the role
The 3PL Program Operator will ensure the smooth functioning of our warehouse management system, supporting the full supply‑chain operations for our clients in Georgia.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the warehouse software on a daily basis.
- Generate and distribute regular reports on inventory and warehouse activities.
- Manage the warehouse’s email communications with clients and internal teams.
- Prepare, file and archive relevant documents and records.
- Record and monitor inventory levels, performing regular stock checks.
- Provide documentation to the automatic loader operator as generated by the system.
- Communicate with customers regarding product receipt and dispatch, including order verification and corrections via email.
Required profile
- Higher education (university degree).
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
- Good knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
