Senior Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead large‑scale projects for Fortune Global 500 clients in E‑Commerce, Healthcare and Life Sciences. You will drive delivery across data, cloud and GenAI initiatives, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction while managing teams of 50 to 200+ members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from kickoff through go‑live and post‑production, aligning with stakeholder expectations and success criteria.
• Manage delivery processes, including requirements, risk, budget and resource planning.
• Oversee product quality, set benchmarks and guide teams to meet them.
• Facilitate UAT, production deployments and release management.
• Prepare work breakdown structures (WBS) and resource plans.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, communicating status, risks and progress.
• Conduct daily client interactions, demos, training and expectation management.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Establish governance models, manage virtual teams and resolve people‑management issues.
• Implement organizational best practices and Agile ceremonies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in team or project leadership.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise solutions with at least five successful commercial projects.
• Experience managing the full product development cycle from pre‑sales to post‑production support.
• Confidence to lead teams of 50+ members, including people‑management responsibilities.
• Strong emotional intelligence, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (B2+).

Required skills

• Agile methodologies (SAFe, Kanban).
• GenAI tools for team productivity evaluation and decision‑making.
• Setup and management of Development, QA and Business Analysis processes.
• Experience with Digital, Data and Cloud projects.
