Salesforce Business Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of customized Salesforce solutions for our customers. The role involves aligning business objectives with technology, guiding digital transformation, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business goals.
• Develop scalable data architectures and integrate customer data across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Work with cross‑functional teams (IT, marketing, sales, customer service) to deliver end‑to‑end data‑driven solutions.
• Define and implement data integration strategies, focusing on ingestion, transformation, and unification.
• Establish best practices for data quality, security, and governance.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and related products.
• Mentor and train internal teams on Salesforce functionalities and new features.
• Stay current with Salesforce innovations and share insights to drive growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business analysis or functional consulting experience in emerging technologies.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or Consultant with deep knowledge of platform capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to adapt quickly to Salesforce updates and industry trends.
