RN MedSurg – Full-Time Days

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our medical‑surgical unit on a full‑time day schedule. The RN will work within a collaborative care team to deliver high‑quality patient care and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Coordinate daily patient flow and ensure timely admissions and discharges.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all nursing activities.
• Advocate for patient needs and communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Participate in performance‑improvement projects and shared‑governance activities.
• Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards at all times.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license (single‑state or multi‑state).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 1–2 years of experience in medical‑surgical nursing (preferred).

Required skills

• RN licensure.
