Real Estate Salesperson

About the role

Hogar Properties, in partnership with EMAAR, is expanding its team in Tbilisi and seeks motivated Property Consultants to drive sales across a diverse portfolio of local and international properties. You will work with company‑generated leads and marketing support to guide buyers from initial interest to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable property options based on their needs and budget.
• Organise and conduct property viewings, both onsite and virtual.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the transaction process to successful closing.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the in‑house marketing team to optimise lead generation.

Required profile

• Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced sales environment.
