Junior Operations Program – Paid 3‑Month Rotation

About the role

Pave Bank is launching a paid Junior Operations Program to develop early‑career talent and build a pipeline for future permanent roles. The three‑month rotation offers recent graduates hands‑on experience supporting payment processing and operational workflows in a banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily payment processing and transaction monitoring
• Assist with operational checks, reconciliations, and internal controls
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support internal teams with operational and administrative tasks
• Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
• Learn and apply internal banking systems and operational processes

Required profile

• No prior work experience required
• Strong academic performance with minimum GPA of 3.0
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Responsible, reliable, and process‑oriented mindset
• Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills in both Georgian and English
