About the role

The Head of Content Quality Operations leads the Content Quality team to ensure safe, high‑quality, and abundant content across all SDG platforms. This senior role drives the full content quality lifecycle, from content sufficiency and profile moderation to client protection and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Content Quality Operations department, including Content Sufficiency, Profile Moderation, Client Protection, and Quality Compliance teams.
• Ensure sufficient volume and high quality of content across all markets.
• Drive continuous improvements in content quality, moderation accuracy, and customer protection processes.
• Own departmental KPIs, monitor performance, and implement initiatives to improve operational and business results.
• Optimize processes, increase automation, and improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to align Content Quality Operations with company objectives.
• Develop managers and build a high‑performing, accountable team culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading content quality, moderation, or similar operational teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to define, track, and act on KPIs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Track record of implementing process improvements and automation.
• Ability to build and develop high‑performing managers and teams.
