Project Manager – Video Production & Photography

About the role

Magic Film School is a new video production company and school offering a unique training program in video production and photography. We are looking for a passionate Project Manager to drive client and student relationships, oversee production teams, and help the business grow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with video production and photography clients and students.
• Coordinate and supervise the Video Production and Photography groups.
• Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new projects and sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the creative team to align client expectations with production capabilities.

Required profile

• Experience in sales development or client‑facing roles within a creative field.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Responsibility, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English; additional foreign language is a plus.
