QA/QC and Quantity Surveying Professionals – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

SMEC, a member of the Surbana Jurong Group, is seeking experienced QA/QC and Quantity Surveying professionals to support quality systems, measurement, and commercial processes on a major roads, highways, tunnels, and bridge infrastructure project.

Key responsibilities

• Implement QA/QC systems and procedures in line with project requirements.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage measurement, valuations, and payment certifications.
• Monitor cost and contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 8‑10+ years of experience in QA/QC or quantity surveying on infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience with FIDIC contracts preferred.

Required skills

• Implementation of QA/QC systems.
• Quantity surveying techniques and cost control.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contract standards.
