Technical Product Manager (Flight Operations)

About the role

The Technical Product Manager will own the product roadmap for Flight Operations, translating strategic priorities into actionable solutions that improve situational awareness and operational performance. You will work closely with stakeholders, engineering, data and analytics teams to deliver dashboards, tools and decision‑support capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and communicate the product roadmap aligned with Flight Operations strategy.
• Gather, analyse and convert business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and technical specifications.
• Prioritise and manage the product backlog to maximise business value and delivery efficiency.
• Partner with Flight Operations stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and drive product adoption.
• Lead user acceptance testing, stakeholder communications and change‑management activities.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, daily stand‑ups) and coach teams on Scrum practices.
• Remove impediments, resolve conflicts and ensure high‑quality deliverables at the end of each sprint.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or a similar role.
• Proven track record managing product backlogs and balancing competing business and technical demands.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework and software development lifecycles.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced, highly visible environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
