Software Testing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Software Testing Manager to lead EPAM’s QA team in Georgia. The role involves driving quality‑assurance initiatives, optimizing testing processes and mentoring a high‑performing team to deliver products that meet established standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and enforce QA policies and procedures across all projects.
• Lead the QA team to set, track and achieve quality targets.
• Conduct audits, assess existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Improve product quality through process optimisation and tool adoption.
• Mentor team members, foster collaboration and support continuous professional development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in quality assurance, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of successful team leadership and project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• Knowledge of QA methodologies and testing tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure and AWS.
