About the role

Relativity's Success Operations team is looking for a Senior Strategy & Business Operations Associate to partner with the Customer Success organization. You will bridge strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution, turning intelligence from the field into actionable priorities for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner to Success leadership, supporting the department’s operating rhythm.
• Gather ground‑level intelligence from cross‑functional teams and translate it into prioritization and reporting inputs.
• Assess dependencies, surface conflicts, and help sequence work to align with departmental goals.
• Maintain visibility into in‑flight projects through cross‑team forums to ensure comprehensive reporting.
• Provide actionable recommendations, highlighting risks, AI‑maturity signals, and proposed courses of action.
• Contribute to executive reporting and annual planning with up‑to‑date adoption and dynamics data.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or customer success operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders while delivering rigorous analytical insights.
• Demonstrated track record of owning high‑impact initiatives and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.
