Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our Product & Development team building an enterprise‑level iPaaS integration and automation platform. You will help create scalable backend services that power intelligent, data‑driven workflows for global enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑performance Ruby on Rails applications.
• Build backend services that support integration, automation and AI‑enabled features.
• Write clean, testable code following TDD/BDD practices.
• Work extensively with PostgreSQL, crafting complex queries and optimizing performance.
• Ensure application reliability, scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Take ownership of tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience with Ruby and the Ruby on Rails ecosystem.
• Proven ability to build and support scalable web applications.
• Deep hands‑on expertise in PostgreSQL, including query optimization.
• Solid experience with RSpec and TDD/BDD methodologies.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
• Good spoken and written English for communication in an international environment.
