Senior Python Developer (CRM - AI/LLM)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with strong Python expertise to join our HQ Automation division and AI/LLM team. You will help build automation solutions that enhance the efficiency of our Customer Service teams and contribute to our travel‑technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop backend features for the CRM/ERP product using Python and Django (or FastAPI).
• Support and extend Camunda orchestration infrastructure.
• Integrate and maintain services that work with AI/LLM models.
• Design service architecture, make technical decisions, decompose and estimate tasks, and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with System Analysis, QA, and Technical Support teams.
• Manage development projects within the stream and coordinate team resources.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including senior‑level responsibilities.
• 5+ years of Python development experience with Django or FastAPI.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and ability to write raw SQL queries.
• Experience designing APIs and integrations for high‑load systems.
• Good understanding of GitFlow, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
