Senior Email Designer – Fully Remote

About the role

We are a fast‑growing Shopify retention agency looking for a Senior Email Designer to create high‑impact email and pop‑up campaigns for e‑commerce brands. The role is fully remote and focuses on turning one‑time buyers into loyal customers through compelling visual design.

Key responsibilities

• Design responsive emails and pop‑ups, including GIFs and animations, for e‑commerce clients.
• Develop and maintain Email Design Systems to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage own deadlines and deliver high‑quality work without supervision.
• Research design trends and provide creative direction for the team.
• Support the design team by sharing best practices and improving workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of email design experience in an agency setting (portfolio required).
• Hands‑on expertise with Figma (auto‑layout, components, local styles).
• Experience using generative AI tools such as Gemini.
• Curious, collaborative and ambitious mindset.
