Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the migration of multiple services to the cloud. You will work remotely from anywhere in Georgia while collaborating with teams across Tbilisi, Batumi and Kutaisi.

Key responsibilities

• Automate environment provisioning with Terraform.
• Build containerization pipelines and deploy workloads on Amazon EKS.
• Implement FinOps controls and cost‑optimization measures.
• Set up observability and monitoring for cloud‑native applications.
• Manage Oracle‑to‑PostgreSQL migrations using Liquibase.
• Maintain and support Linux‑based infrastructure.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines in GitLab/DX1.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps engineering experience.
• Strong command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
