About the role

The Agricultural Infrastructure Supervisor will ensure the smooth, safe and continuous operation of all engineering, technical and infrastructure systems within the building. Reporting to the Logistics Department, the role involves risk management, service quality assurance and effective coordination of technical personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the main office using internal or external service providers.
• Continuously monitor and control the overall technical condition of the building.
• Oversee cleaning, water, sewage, ventilation and fire‑safety systems.
• Inspect and maintain elevators, escalators and other vertical transport equipment.
• Ensure proper functioning of fire detection, sprinkler and alarm panels.
• Monitor and manage the Building Management System (BMS).
• Respond promptly to anomalies such as water leaks, excess moisture or temperature issues.
• Track technical issues and requests through Jira and ensure timely resolution.
• Supervise daily work of maintenance staff, assign tasks, monitor progress and evaluate quality.
• Conduct minor repair work within the team’s competence and handle related cost quotations and documentation.

Required profile

• Higher technical education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency with AI tools and modern technologies.
• Result‑oriented mindset with strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to plan work effectively, set priorities and manage time.
• Client‑focused attitude and commitment to high‑quality service.
• Team player with good communication and flexibility to adapt to changes.
