Revit Draftsman – Facade Design Specialist

About the role

SD Solutions is seeking an experienced Revit Draftsman specialized in façade design to support a leading construction‑technology client. You will work within an engineering team focused on high‑rise building envelope projects, creating detailed documentation and BIM models that drive efficient project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed façade layouts and design documentation for high‑rise buildings using Revit.
• Create and optimise façade modulation and building envelope designs.
• Define, develop, and maintain Revit families and family libraries.
• Extract schedules, quantities, and technical data from Revit models.
• Prepare sections, elevations, isometric views, and detailed construction drawings.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
• Support the development of BIM standards and drafting best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Revit Draftsman or BIM Modeler.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Proven experience preparing detailed architectural or façade construction drawings.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively in English.
