Remote Clinical Trial Support Specialist (Multiple Openings)

About the role

Angel City VA is seeking experienced remote professionals to support independent clinical research sites, sponsors, CROs, and healthcare organizations. The role involves assisting with various functions across the clinical trial lifecycle, from patient engagement to regulatory support.

Key responsibilities

• Guide participants through study procedures and visit expectations.
• Support informed‑consent processes and patient education initiatives.
• Assist with regulatory documentation and compliance activities.
• Provide operational support for study set‑up, monitoring, and reporting.
• Collaborate with sponsors, CROs, and site staff to ensure trial timelines are met.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in medical or biopharmaceutical settings.
• Completed and current training in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and HIPAA.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to ethical patient care.
