Registered Nurse (RN) – Patient Care Team

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our multidisciplinary patient care team. The RN will deliver high‑quality nursing care, promote patient safety, and act as a key advocate for patients and families.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while ensuring safety and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate patient care activities, monitor clinical conditions, and support individualized care plans.
• Serve as a patient advocate by addressing concerns, providing education, and facilitating communication with families and care providers.
• Participate in performance‑improvement initiatives and contribute to organizational quality and satisfaction goals.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.
• Mentor and support the growth of fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment.
• Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, and support shared‑governance principles.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
• Current RN license (single‑state or multi‑state compact) and BLS certification required.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to professional development and quality‑improvement initiatives.
