Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical, Full-Time Nights

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our medical‑surgical unit on the night shift. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, patient‑centered care and ensure a smooth transition between day and night services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assisting with care planning and implementation.
• Provide safe, effective nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and any incidents.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating families, and communicating vital information.
• Participate in performance‑improvement initiatives and support quality‑care goals.
• Mentor peers, contribute to a positive work environment, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 1‑2 years of medical‑surgical nursing experience (highly preferred).
• Strong communication, critical‑thinking, and teamwork abilities.
