Product & Investor Relations Associate – Fixed Income

About the role

Join the Product Specialists & Investor Relations team as a Product & Investor Relations Associate for BlueOrchard’s Fixed Income strategies. You will support the set‑up and ongoing development of a dedicated product management and investor relations function, acting as a central point for product‑related investor and client requests. The role focuses on portfolio, market and performance communication for liquid fixed income strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop into a product specialist for Fixed Income strategies, covering fund structures, investment strategies, portfolio positioning, performance drivers, liquidity profiles, market exposure, benchmark positioning, impact proposition and investor requirements.
• Act as the central coordination point for investor and client requests, handling inbound queries, due‑diligence questionnaires, RFPs and ad‑hoc requests with timely triage and quality control.
• Prepare and maintain pitch decks, factsheets, product briefs, case studies and customized client presentations to support business development and capital raising.
• Support review and quality control of regular investor reporting, ensuring narrative consistency, data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain a structured knowledge base and leverage CRM data and AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Proactive, independent self‑starter with strong attention to detail and ownership of assigned products.
• Collaborative team player with client‑service orientation and ability to work across functions, geographies and seniority levels.
• Curious problem‑solver with a continuous‑improvement mindset and passion for impact investing.

Required skills

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field; CFA or similar qualification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in asset management, investor relations or related roles.
• Good understanding of fixed income and credit markets, including bonds, yield, duration, spreads, ratings and benchmarks.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Salesforce, Aladdin, data‑management tools and AI‑enabled knowledge tools is a plus.
