About the role
The Monitoring Manager will oversee the quality and progress of cleaning and interior works within the logistics department. You will ensure that all tasks are performed to the required standards while supporting contractors and maintaining a safe, orderly environment.
Key responsibilities
- Control the quality of completed works on the site.
- Monitor ongoing and finished tasks related to cleaning, flooring (carpet, vinyl), furniture, and other interior activities.
- Maintain site order to prevent damage to already completed work.
- Provide support to contractors to ensure correct process execution.
- Identify reasons for process delays and communicate with responsible parties.
Required profile
- Higher education (preferred).
- Experience in construction, renovation, or site management (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Experience in monitoring processes and quality control is desirable.
- Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies.
