About the role

TBC Bank is looking for a Data Scientist to join its AI and Data Management department. You will work with the bank’s data assets to develop statistical models and machine‑learning solutions that address a variety of business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Apply data‑science techniques to diverse problem sets across the organization.
• Participate in end‑to‑end projects, from model development to deployment.
• Initiate and lead innovative projects both within and beyond the defined scope.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver analytical solutions.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional experience in data science.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and probability.
• Proactive, initiative‑driven and comfortable with challenges.
• Excellent analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
• Team player focused on collective benefit.
