Middle DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for two Middle DevOps Engineers to join a fast‑growing engineering team that supports a large‑scale international IT product. The positions focus either on database platforms or on CI/CD and Kubernetes, offering a chance to work with modern, high‑load infrastructure and to grow professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain resilient, fault‑tolerant infrastructure.
• Scale systems to handle high traffic loads.
• Set up and optimise build and delivery pipelines.
• Automate routine operations and introduce new tools.
• Support and develop database clusters (PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, Aerospike, Consul).
• Manage production Kubernetes clusters, create Helm charts and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of commercial DevOps experience.
• Strong background with Linux servers and IaC tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
• Hands‑on experience with GitLab CI, Docker and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python or Go for pipeline development.
• Experience operating PostgreSQL clusters with high‑availability, backup and replication concepts.
• Good command of English (B1 level or higher).
