Mechanical Engineering Intern

About the role

This internship offers hands‑on experience in rotational engineering assignments, product development, and software development. As a Mechanical Engineering Co‑op you will imagine, design, build, and learn while contributing to challenging projects that support the company’s growth. You will work alongside experienced engineers and receive mentorship to set clear goals and deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Work with your mentor to accomplish established goals that support the business and provide learning opportunities.
• Complete innovative technical assignments in areas such as New Product Introduction, Product Improvement, Modeling and Simulation, Advanced Development, Sourced Products, Software Development, or the company’s Micro‑Factory, FirstBuild.
• Attend development and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and professional skills.
• Participate in networking and community volunteer projects.
• Join optional events, including lunches, weekend activities, sports, and cookouts, both in and out of work.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
• Expected graduation date May 2028 or later.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Legal authorization to work in the hiring country/region; no visa sponsorship provided.
