Management Liability Practice Leader (Remote)

About the role

The Management Liability Practice Leader will shape and execute IOA’s value proposition for Directors & Officers, Employment Practices, Fiduciary, Crime, and Kidnap & Ransom coverages. Working remotely, the leader will act as the national subject‑matter expert, partnering with producers, account managers, and senior leadership to deliver innovative risk solutions and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Management Liability practice strategy to ensure a differentiated market presence.
• Assess carrier appetites, market conditions, and industry trends to recommend optimal solutions for clients.
• Provide expert coverage consulting across D&O, EPL, fiduciary, crime, and kidnap & ransom lines.
• Support coverage analysis, policy form comparison, RFP responses, and proposal development.
• Design and implement risk‑management services that enhance client outcomes.
• Collaborate with the data team to create benchmarking tools and quantitative analytics for data‑driven decisions.
• Oversee creation of thought‑leadership content for digital, print, social, and industry publications.
• Partner with producers on business‑development opportunities, offering technical expertise and strategic guidance.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of Management Liability experience within a large national retail brokerage.
• Proven ability to develop and execute complex account strategies.
• Strong knowledge of the Management Liability market and carrier landscape.
• Experience supporting private‑equity practice and driving product initiatives.
• Comfortable working fully remote with a dedicated, distraction‑free workspace.
