Linux Administrator – Ops

About the role

Quadcode is looking for a Linux Administrator to join its Ops team, which bridges infrastructure and software development. You will support a large‑scale production environment that powers a SaaS trading platform used by millions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Ubuntu Linux servers across development and production, including PostgreSQL, Greenplum, KeyDB, ClickHouse and Kafka clusters.
• Configure and maintain services such as Nginx, Jenkins, GitLab CI, DataHub, Allure and Airflow.
• Automate tasks with Ansible and scripts written in Python or Bash.
• Deploy and manage containerised applications using Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
• Monitor systems with Prometheus and Grafana, troubleshoot incidents and improve reliability.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, work with OpenStack and AWS, and support development teams on infrastructure issues.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience administering Linux servers in production.
• Strong knowledge of Linux internals, networking and system services.
• Experience with PostgreSQL (or Greenplum) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Fluent Russian (C2) for team communication and English (B1+) for technical documentation.
