Lead PPC Specialist

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Lead PPC Specialist to own and evolve the global paid search strategy across its portfolio of social entertainment platforms. You will drive high‑value acquisition in Tier‑1 markets while leading a distributed Paid Search team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global Google Ads strategy and manage Microsoft Advertising where applicable.
• Lead, coach, and grow the Paid Search team: set objectives, allocate workload, review performance, and support hiring.
• Own portfolio‑level budget allocation, forecasting, and performance for six‑figure+ monthly search spend.
• Design scalable account structures, keyword strategies, match types, negative keywords, RSAs, DSA, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Implement pLTV‑based conversion values, partner with Analytics and Engineering, and apply value‑based Smart Bidding.
• Run rigorous Google Ads Experiments, applying statistical methods for hypothesis testing, sample‑size calculation, and result interpretation.
• Oversee conversion tracking, Enhanced Conversions, offline imports, attribution, and reporting across app, mobile web, and desktop.
• Analyze search demand, auction dynamics, and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Engineering, Product, CRO, Creative, and Localization teams to improve acquisition economics.

Required profile

• Expert‑level knowledge of Google Ads Search, including account architecture and policy compliance.
• Proven experience leading and scaling paid search teams in an international, remote environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to design experiments and interpret statistical results.
• Experience managing large budgets and forecasting performance across multiple markets.
