Lead DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive infrastructure automation, optimize cloud operations, and enhance secure deployment pipelines. You will work remotely from anywhere in Georgia while collaborating with project teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Implement secure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps in partnership with project and customer teams.
• Optimize and manage infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, including ARM/Bicep/Terraform templates.
• Deploy and maintain containerized applications within Kubernetes environments.
• Integrate monitoring solutions such as Microsoft Sentinel and Dynatrace.
• Automate workflows and operational tasks with PowerShell scripts.
• Handle vulnerability management, compliance automation, and incident response within DevOps domains.
• Align infrastructure and deployment practices with organizational policies and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, ARM/Bicep/Terraform, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and scripting with Bash, PowerShell or Python.
• Background integrating monitoring tools like Microsoft Sentinel or Dynatrace.
• Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
